First let me say how pleased Pam and I are with the new carpets, they make a wonderful statement in our remodelled basement / entertainment area.

Both Pam and I feel that designers Carpet’s attention to detail made the whole experience of purchasing our new carpets from you effortless and enjoyable.  As we investigated new carpeting, Designers Carpet had a wide range of carpet styles and products to choose from.  Once you had a good idea of what we were looking for your knowledge of your products assisted us in making the correct choices of both design and function for the flooring of our complete lower area.

As easy as you make the select process, your installation lived up to the standards set in the store.  Your installers were not only knowledgeable, but well planned for what was more that a standard installation.  In particular the attention to detail in achieving the exact pattern matches for the carpets from the correct viewing angle was something that we as customers greatly appreciate and enjoy every day. 

I would recommend Designer’s Carpet & Flooring as being the best flooring group I have worked with in my 30 years of home ownership.

We are writing this letter to thank Shaminder Grewal for her advice and service when we were looking to replace our Entrance, Kitchen, and dinning room floors.

She is very knowledgeable in the products she is selling and a pleasant person to deal with.

I found Designer Carpet and Hardwood Flooring Ltd to be a professional and responsive company.  From the moment we stepped in the door we felt taken care of (which is rare these days).  Shaminder has a wealth of knowledge on what would work best for each situation.  Raj and his associate did a fantastic job on my laminate flooring, I was “wowed”.  I also had a carpet installation and found Sid to be very pleasant and courteous, sharing ideas so the carpeting would be maximized best in each area.

Overall, we would not hesitate to use/refer Designer Carpet and Hardwood Flooring Ltd. to anyone we know.  It was a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service is becoming obsolete.
